She has led projects spanning pop-ups at Pheasants Tears in Tblisi, opening cult-followed bakeries in Kuwait City to crafting large scale displays for fine art galleries and campaigns. Her cooking style is best described as farm-to-table comfort food, blending a relaxed seasonality with refined technique of michelin training.
